Privacy Policy

The short version
Landed is a job search tool built for people, not data brokers. We collect only what we need to run the product, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Full stop.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your first name, email address, and the date you signed up. We also record which source brought you to the page so we can understand where our audience comes from.
When you use the Landed product, we collect your job application data — companies, roles, statuses, and notes — which you enter or which the agent reads from your recruiting email. We also store agent run history so you can see what the agent found and when.
We do not collect your Apple ID password, your Google account password, or any password of any kind. Email access is granted via app-specific passwords (iCloud) or read-only OAuth tokens (Gmail), both of which you control and can revoke at any time directly from your email provider.
Gmail access
When you connect Gmail, Landed requests the gmail.readonly scope. This grants read-only access to your Gmail messages. Landed uses this access solely to identify recruiting-related emails — interview confirmations, status updates, offer letters, and rejections.
We do not read, store, or process any other email content. We do not access your contacts, calendar, Google Drive, or any other Google service. The agent cannot send email, delete email, or modify your inbox in any way.
You can revoke Gmail access at any time by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing Landed. Revoking access stops the agent immediately — no action required on our end.
Landed's use of Gmail data is limited to reading recruiting-related email to update your job application pipeline. This data is never used to train AI models, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising.
How we use it
Your email address is used to notify you when your beta access is ready and to send occasional product updates you opted into. We do not send marketing email to people who did not ask for it.
Your job application data is used exclusively to power your Landed pipeline and coaching. It is never shared with employers, recruiters, or any third party.
Your email credentials are used only to read recruiting-related email on your behalf. The agent reads email — it does not send email, delete email, or modify your inbox in any way.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted services to run Landed: Supabase for database storage, Google Cloud Platform for the agent infrastructure, and Loops for email delivery. Each of these services processes your data only as necessary to provide the service and is bound by their own privacy policies.
We do not share your data with anyone else. We do not sell it. We do not use it to train AI models.
Your rights
You can ask us to remove you from the waitlist, delete your account, or export your data at any time. Email us at hello@gotlanded.ai with the subject line that describes what you need. We will respond within 24 hours and complete any deletion within 7 days.
If you connected your email to Landed, you can revoke that access at any time directly from your email provider — no need to contact us first. For iCloud, go to appleid.apple.com and delete the app-specific password labeled Landed. For Gmail, go to myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Landed.
